More T.V. Networks to Cover ChampionshipsFirst Time D2 Wrestling on National T.V.
Kearney, Neb. – More television networks will cover the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships live and on a tape delay basis next Saturday (March 10th). The finals of the championships will start at 7:00 p.m. CST and go to around 9:30 p.m. Networks covering the event live are: Comcast SportsNet West (Northern California), Cox Sports TV (Rhode Island and Connecticut), Catch 47 (Tampa Bay, FL), Metro Sports (Kansas City) and Sports Time Ohio. In the state of Nebraska, the event will be carried live on public television (NETV2). As previously released, several national or regional sports networks will carry the finals on a tape delay basis. Joining Altitude Sports & Entertainment and CSTV (College Sports Television) in this area are Comcast Local (Michigan & Indiana), Cox Sports TV (Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, North Florida), Fox Sports Net North (Minnesota & Wisconsin), Fox Sports Net Pittsburgh and Sun Sports (Florida). Check your local cable provider or satellite system to see what stations you receive. Below is a list of when the finals will be shown on a tape delay basis.
