Former Loper Playing Overseas

North Platte Native 

            Kearney, Neb. –   Former Nebraska-Kearney men's basketball player Nate Mohs has recently signed a professional contract with a team in Hungary.

            The North Platte native joined Gunaras KC Dombóvár last week, a team in the Hungarian A-Division . In his first game, Mohs scored 10 points off the bench.

            Since graduating from UNK, Mohs has been teaching in Minnesota . In his Loper career (1997-01), he was a three-time All-RMAC pick who finished with 1,444 points, currently 14^th most in school history.

            He is the fourth UNK player to have played overseas recently, following Eric Strand (Grand Island), Nick Svehla (Omaha) and Nick Branting (North Platte).
