Kearney, Neb. - Former Nebraska-Kearney wrestler Tervel Dlagnev will be at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa, this Saturday (June 12) to compete in the 2010 U.S. World Team Trials.

Last year, Dlagnev won the tournament, making him America's top heavyweight freestyle wrestler. Since that win in May 2009, the two-time NCAA Division II Champion has wrested in all corners of the world, including Iran and Siberia. He also picked up a bronze medal at the 2009 World Championships in Denmark.
