Parental Release:   I hereby authorize the staff of the 2002 UNK Loper All-Star Basketball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency medical attention, and hereby  waive and release UNK Loper All-Star Basketball Camp and  Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and all their  employees and agents from all claims on account of any injuries or illness sustained by my child while attending the above said camp.  I also understand that the camp retains the right to use photographs of campers taken at camp for publicity and advertising purposes.

The Loper Basketball camps admit all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion or national origin

In addition, individuals needing accommodation under the ADA should contact the camp coordinator or the ADA coordinator at UNK (308-865-8665) prior to the event.

Each Camper will Receive a FREE Basketball at the Girls 2002 UNK Loper All-Star Basketball Camp.
