| The University of Nebraska at Kearney's Health & Sports Center features nine basketball courts in Cushing Arena, one HPER gym, and three courts in the air-conditioned Health & Sports Center arena. |
|
|
|
Resident campers will stay in one of UNK's residence halls. Meals
will be served from the campus food service. Campers
and coaches need to bring their own linens, towels, wash
cloths. If there is a need to be taped, you must provide your
own tape. An Athletic trainer will be on hand full-time.
Please bring one or two pair of well broken-in basketball shoes and
another pair of shoes to wear outside. Plenty of shorts,
t-shirts and socks are a must. Please leave any valuables at home. Commuter Campers will be provided both lunch and dinner, depending on which session you choose to attend. Daily sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at approximately 9:30 p.m. Ending time may vary per game schedule. All campers should be prepared to participate on the day of registration. |
| Participants should complete the available application form and Waiver and Release agreement and return it as soon as possible, along with a camp deposit or full payment |
| Feel free to print off as many of the on-line application forms. Applications will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. |
| Each participant will be given a camp T-shirt upon completed registration at check-in. |

All participants must be covered by personal medical
insurance. Each camper is required to supply the insurance
company name, company address, policy number, and name of policy
owner, i.e., individual name company name or other. The accidental insurance provided by the camp is on an excess basis. The proper forms will be sent to you as your camp registration form is received. Parents must sign the parental release. All campers will be required to have a signed Waiver and Release Agreement on file with the camp director before participating. |
| Refunds will be given ONLY for medical reasons when accompanied by a signed letter from your physician postmarked by July 1, 2002. |
