Sophomore Caleb Young (184 lbs.) is this week's winner, following teammates Jeff Sylvester (Dec. 8/197 lbs.) and Matt True (Dec. 15/141 lbs.).

A native of Perry, Okla., Young upset 5th-ranked Kevin Grece, 9-6, of Central Missouri State last Friday (Dec. 17) in Kansas City.  

His effort helped the Lopers (1-0) roll to a 29-9 win over the 17th-ranked Mules.

With the win, the sophomore improves his NCAA record to 11-4 on the year (one fall). As a true freshman last season, Young qualified for the NCAA Championships.

Young and UNK return to the mats January 2nd at rival Fort Hays State.
