UNK Athletics is encouraging fans to WEAR WHITE this Friday as the Lopers (12-0,3-0) welcome the Hornets (9-4,3-1) of Emporia State to town for the first MIAA home contest of the season.
The Hornets will come to the Kearney riding a 4 game win streak.  The Lopers hold an all-time advantage of 31-7 over the Hornets.
After a successful preseason run, the Lopers are 3-0 in the conference after road trips to other MIAA schools.  The next four conference contests are in the friendly confines of the Health & Sports Center as UNK matches up with Emporia State, Washburn, Truman State and Lindenwood.
