Dear Friends:
On behalf of the University of Nebraska at Kearney student-athletes, coaches, and athletics department staff members, we would like to thank you for your interest and support of our intercollegiate athletics programs.
The University of Nebraska at Kearney is committed to upholding the spirit and intent of the regulations set forth by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). These rules govern the actions of our student-athletes, coaches, staff, prospects and boosters.
The University of Nebraska at Kearney is nationally recognized for its exceptional academic reputation as well as its championship-caliber teams. Alumni, boosters, and friends of the University of of Nebraska at Kearney are justifiably proud of the success that the Lopers achieve on an annual basis. As our athletics teams continue to represent the University in intercollegiate competition, we pledge full compliance with NCAA rules to help ensure the integrity and ethics of intercollegiate athletics. Winning is important to all Lopers, but we must commit to winning the right way- within the NCAA rules.
The purpose of this website is to educate boosters, alumni, and fans on NCAA rules that could affect your involvement with not only our current student-athletes and coaches, but also prospective student-athletes as well. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this website and its content.
We have enjoyed success in competition and in the classroom and we pride ourselves in with succeeding with integrity. You are a part of this success and we ask that you continue to act within the regulations by which we are governed. We are ultimately responsible for your actions in relation to our department and appreciate your cooperation in assisting us in our efforts to maintain the high standard of ethical conduct.
