Team Captain Information

If you are interested in having a team of walkers, you'll need the Team Captain's Packet.  Inside is all the information and description of responsibilities a team captain has.  Your main job will be to recruit walkers.  The average team size is 10.  The minimum team size is 3 walkers.  Please make sure they turn everything in on time to participate in the walk.  Here are the forms you will need.  Simpy click on the name to access each form.
