Bob Crocker is one of three finalists for Football Scoop's Division II Coordinator of the Year Award.

Peers nominated their fellow coaches for this award. The other finalists are Central Washington's Joe Lorig and Arkansas Tech's Scott Preston.
In 2009, Coach Crocker's defense led the nation in sacks (48) and was among the stingiest, allowing just 18.1 points and 318.2 yards per game. In going 11-2, UNK held seven opponents to 13 points or less.
