Kearney, Neb. – Due to impending inclement weather, the Nebraska-Kearney/Lindenwood baseball series scheduled for this weekend at Memorial Field has been pushed back a full day.
 
The Lopers (24-15, 18-10) and Lions (21-19, 12-12) will now play single nine inning games on Saturday (6:00 p.m.) and Monday (12:00 p.m.) with a double header slated to begin Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
 
After Sunday's games, UNK will honor its 10-member senior class.
 
These are the Lopers final home games of the 2015 regular season; the top four teams at the end of the season host a best-of-three MIAA Tournament series April 30-May 2nd. UNK currently is tied for 2nd place in the MIAA.
